13-8MO

13-8MO is a precipitation hardening, martensitic stainless steel alloy offering fracture toughness and transverse mechanical properties along with resistance to stress corrosion and high strength characteristics common to precipitation hardening steels.  The alloy is double vacuum melted to consistently assure low gas content, improved homogeneity and superior cleanliness.  Although the strength and machinability of 13-8MO is limited, this material can be formed using many of the techniques we employ at Advanced Global Materials.  Applications include aircraft components, valves, shafts, gears, fasteners, and flanges.  Forms are available as plates, rods, sheets, tubing, pipes, wire, and forgings.  To have custom shapes and sizes produced to your specifications, contact our staff.  Like the 17-4PH plate or 4130 flat bar we offer, 13-8MO can be cold worked and formed using conventional methods.

13-8MO Bar

13-8MO bar is a hard stainless steel with eleven elements in its composition.  Like the 17-22A 17-22AS we offer, this material is recognized for its industrial versatility and reliable performance.  Applications of 13-8MO bar include aircraft, petrochemical and nuclear components, as well as valves and shifts.  Our 13-8MO bar has proven our devotion to the various needs of many industries.

13-8MO Plate

13-8MO plate is made from hard stainless steel with a multi-element composition.  The high chromium content provides strength and resistance to corrosion.  13-8MO plate is handled and delivered with the same expertise that enables up to provide all of our great products and services.
