2219 Aluminum

2219 Aluminum is a nickel-copper alloy with excellent resistance to corrosion.  In addition to this endurance, it is also strong and lightweight.  It has been installed where extreme temperatures are common, such as aerospace and cryogenic applications.  Aluminum 2219 possesses efficient thermal and electrical properties and will resist contamination and corrosion due to salt, sulfur, seawater, caustic solutions, and steam.  Advanced Global Materials also carried Aluminum 2024.

4140 Plate and Other Metals

All of our aluminum alloys including 4140 plate possesses secure properties through their composition.  By adding additional metals to base metals, 4140 plate is able to offer increased hardness and chemical resistance.  These grades can withstand both low and high temperature extremes.  Like our 13-8 round bar grade and aluminum 7075, these materials are available in a variety of forms that can be custom developed to suit your needs.
